Although I do have a place to store 4 tires, and I (happily) could afford to buy them last year when I needed a new set, the garage I take my car to stores my winter tires. All I have to do is call them about 24 hours in advance so they can get them out of their storage.

I live at the top of a steep hill, and every time it snows there’s some entertainment (and occasionally offering to call the police/roadside assistance) to be had watching the idiots try to go up and down. For most of them, the hill IS the shortcut, making them even dumber. I’m happy to go down the street and wait…
