Can’t they use a rarely used song? Like Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”? Or Smash Mouth’s “All Star”?

As a counterpoint to a lot of the comments here...
I was actually heavily looking forward to that, especially at the time S03 was announced there was barely any good dystopian sci-fi TV out there. Hell, barely any good sci-fi TV period. The Western setting didn’t have much to offer any more after two seasons, I feel. And S03 started interesting and all that but…
Whaddya want?! Baby Shark? :D
The Understudy sketch was my favorite of the night and those small touches just made it. For some reason the highlight of it was how intentionally bad the Gardner impression was after all those superb impressions.
In support of your point, Jeff Bridges as Kevin Flynn is just one person who would like a word.
it's like saying Marlon Brando played Jor-El for 30 years because they used some of his footage in Superman Returns. What's happened to this site profoundly depresses me.
Saying she’s played her Avatar character “longer” than Bale as Batman or Brosnan as Bond is deeply mislead and basically a meaningless “milestone”, considering there is going to be nearly 15 years between the first movie and its sequel.
It’s not optimal but she’s recognizable enough. She’s easier to recognize than Karen Gillan as Nebula, who is as incognito as one can be..
The Goldbergs is That ‘80s Show.
Isn’t the lawsuit about whether she defamed him?
They were never married. That is only relevant because it’s likely that at least part of the custody situation relates to money, probably child support and potentially about changing that arrangement relative to how much he sees the kids.
Agreed on the celebrating. It’s gross. She’s got a counterclaim happening, so he has two things he’s trying to do: win his claim against her and also defeat her claim against him. In both cases, it’s defamation and the truth is a necessary element of the defense. She needs to show that he abused her and he needs to…
I don’t think they were married.
At the risk of - sigh - everything? I read online that people are vindicating Johnny because there’s concrete proof Amber abused him.
The ones that I find most ridiculous are how him laughing at the trial proceedings and not taking them seriously are “oh such a hero”/“our king” while if she give any sort of look it’s “look at how callous/evil she is”.
The fact that she had to be served **at all** is weird, as this isn’t some kind of civil claim against her, it seems to be part of a divorce already in progress. Her attorney should have just waived service and accepted the papers on her behalf. That they wound up being personally served in the first place is hinky…
Why is “probably some shady process server” more likely to you? It seems like this would be a lot more trouble. I’m not saying it’s impossible, but why default to that? You have no reason to arrive at that conclusion. This is a lot of extra effort to go to, and is generally kinda scumbaggy. Is it possible? Sure. But…
Why should the fact that she’s a celebrity factor into this? She’s not above the law or the consequences of her actions; those are legal papers that have to get to her one way or another, so if she can’t or won’t be served in private for whatever reason, what option does the process server have but to serve her in…
People avoid process servers, often just for the heck of it—to annoy the other side and make them spend money trying to serve papers. In this case, it’s more likely that it was simply a matter that Wilde was staying in Vegas incognito, and/or she has security to keep fans/press/people obsessed with her boyfriend away…
