This isn’t really a surprise. After all the hullabaloo with Sony taking Spiderman away I was pretty sure this will be the last Spiderman movie in the MCU. And all they told us about the plot makes me only more sure.

You are missing the most important part - we got a glimpse of Laura and now she is OK. A lot of people were worried after the first trailer only showed Clint with the kids. It’s clearly there to let them know she is safe at home.
