Well, they show the nebula at the end and it’s rather red not blue

In my headcannon, after his stint as Director doesn’t go as planned and he gives the job to someone more qualified, he joins the Exiles.

Bittersweet?

Ben’s as character has bothered me for a while. People call him a race-swapped underdeveloped black friend but that seems to shallow for this show. We got character development for Theo and even people like Biaggio and Zain get some personality and history. Ben just exists in background. There is nothing we know about

I don’t think they can just put Google Street images on the site. It’s probably much cheaper and easier to get them from stock images websites. And I didn’t even expect image of that school. It’s just weird to use one from another continent.

I didn’t expect it to be the photo of school in the post but I’m sure stock photos of US schools exist so a post about American schools and American racism could use one that isn’t from an ocean away.

This is not the first time I noticed photos from Europe illustrating posts about US on G/O sites and I wonder if they are cheaper or something?

I took one look at the photo and this is not an American school. The windows, entrance, the sidewalk and even the grass look like my side of the world. And just a quick search tells me I was right - it is Lithuania.

Yes, there was this white guy in pink shirt dancing with Simon’s friends group. Even though the face of the attacker changes in her memories Bella has consistently remembered the pink shirt on her attacker so I assumed it was that guy.

Now playing

This list is obviously missing Ja Ja Ding Dong

It doesn’t really matter since they end up in an alternate timeline anyway, but I’m confused why the Hargreeves felt safe to return to 2019. Undoing that year’s apocalypse was part of the Handler’s “jazz” offer, which they didn’t end up taking. Or are we meant to assume Herb offered them a similar deal?

Also no one mentions that he heals fast - he got over the stab wound in a day.

I loved the episode because it was basically distillation of all the show is about.

We saw in the first episode of season one that the old Five drops his assignment in Dallas in 1963 because he finally calculated how to go back to his family and jumps to them at their father funeral. So yes, this is the Five from 2 weeks ago (personal time).

I think that Lila has this big blind spot for Handler because she raised her. She thinks Handler loves her so she believes she actually rescued her. Handler has been one person she still has and thinking about it may mean losing her so she doesn’t.

It always felt like the show is about the sibling relationships and everything else is just a way to externalised the drama between them. If they work separately or against each other bad things happen but together they can save the world. It was that way in season one when they only succeed when they finally united

That’s true - Handler’s outfits and wigs and make up are always on point. Still, the coronation one is amazing even by her standards.

I man we learnt he was an alien in season 1. We only just see a little bit of what he really looks like (looked more squid than lizard inspired to me) but it wasn’t exactly a surprise.

For me the part in which Vanya’s siblings try to get to her was the most compelling part of the episode. In the last season she turned out to be the one who destroyed the world and her siblings imprisoned her and then almost killed her. When Diego said “Vanya’s always the bomb” last week I was afraid they will try to
