I’m showing my age, but in retrospect, it’s unreal how great hip-hop was in the early 90's. In 3 years, you got these amazing, fully formed albums from Tribe, de La, Jungle Brothers, and so many other who’s outtakes would absolutely destroy 99% of what is being made today.

Thank you for that.  My aunt got out of the hospital today and I am grateful.  I will light my candle for novena and I will get it together.  Yes we can have Easter any time we can this year and I will probably find my hat by then.

Well, this will make me a bad jalop, but I kinda left my 75 Landcruiser sitting all winter and now that we are all stuck at home I went out to start working on it and maybe hook up the trickle charger but I gave it a shot and it started after a couple tries and obligatory grumbling.

Unless you’re going to not drive for a month, usually a half decent battery with life can survive that time if you just have factory draw in the spring time. Starting your car, as you can imagine, uses a lot of energy, so if you’re only planning to idle your car for, say, 15 minutes or so, you’ll actually be losing more energy than you gain.

Good thing I own a Model T and don’t have to worry about any of this newfangled “battery” nonsense. As long as my crankin’ arm is still in good shape, she’ll start right up, no matter how long she sits.
