That’s the thing- I wonder what sort of liability PokerStars has in this if the problem with the refund was on their end. Maybe this lawsuit is just setting up the finding for a lawsuit against them.

I’m almost 40, and I remember caring deeply that he’d died, but not being really interested in the coverage of his death - I was a huge fan of his magazine and wanted to work there. But the way I remember the coverage of the accident was of hours and hours of footage of open ocean and being frustrated by that. 

That’s a good point. I always think the relationship between architecture and human behavior is fascinating.
