I hope it included something about asking their residents to report on any experiences they had with her or any other employee because as everyone was saying, there is no way this was the first time she has been racist.

I really think a better understanding of processing disorders is going to be a huge game-changer for treatment of cognitive disabilities - from traditional learning disabilities through the autism spectrum. Like when genetic testing became advanced enough to upend a lot of taxonomic classifications.
