Look at it this way, my friend. The world has too many people on it already. Far too many. People born into western cultures are particularly burdensome for the planet. Is proving you’re “grown up” enough to justify bringing another person into the world?

It’s a trap, Zukka. Listen to your inner voice. Having kids of your own would suck. And there is nothing wrong with you for wanting to avoid raising children. It doesn’t make you a bad person or defective in any way. It means you have foresight and a deep knowledge of your own self, of what makes YOU happy.
