I'm with Effie, but I smell made-up drama… there were at least three POC in the wedding scene:

Here are pictures of the three in attendance at the wedding. I'm with Effie, but I smell cooked-up drama… something is wrong here.

I know for a fact i saw four or five POC (specifically black) in the wedding audience right after the original scene of her asking about why there weren't any! Am I losing my mind?? No, because I just rewound and saw it again. I smell made-up controversy.

I can't quite explain how, but this show has more in common with Veronica Mars, IMO, than any of the shows you named. But if you don't like iZombie, you should probably give this a pass, too.

Selfie, to me, was absolutely unbearable- from the main character, to the name, to the HORRIBLE accent, to the waste of talent that is John cho. This, however? I caught it while flipping through channels and was amazed at what I was seeing. To be honest, it probably belongs on Netflix, though it's good to see network

Great point. Also, even though we disagree about the outcome of the Effie/Peter argument, I am so thankful you've been in this discussion. It has given me hope where I might have otherwise pulled my hair out.

Wow, two people with opposing views on the internet were able to have a civilized, calm, respectful discussion?? AM I IN HEAVEN?? Thank you for giving me a little bit of hope.

Really? HE threw the fit? Listen, I'm rooting for Effie, but if you can't see that she was overreacting on a massive scale and that Pete was doing what he was HIRED to do, then you're not doing her any favors. She was right to call out Matt. Her pick for directors was the right one, and you're also correct that Jason

Before I make my comment, I want to contextualize it: I am that person certain types can't stand: Very progressive, constantly reminding people that saying something is "overly PC" is akin to saying "I don't want to think about the feelings of others, much less change behavior that may hurt them," the kind of woman

Too many assumptions about the ending, here.

Yeah, you pretty much were made to look like the fool you are.
