No but I think that they update the software and since it isn’t a dealer purchased Polestar it replaces my tune- not that bad as it only takes about 15 minutes to re-install it, but if I didn’t have the dongle thing I would be really steamed
I can see this being an issue if you are buying from some regular dealer but if you buy it from a Tesla dealer it should come as when you purchased it. Whenever I have my Volvo serviced they change the tune back to factory but as I have a thingy I can re-load it anytime, too bad you cant do it for Tesla
