Fair enough and I think Teslas are the most compelling of the electric cars. My simple point is it will be much more impressive when Tesla can sell cars at a profit without subsidies. I think they will get there, but have a long ways to go. Low oil prices won't help.

I obviously understand the rationale and won’t debate the politics of it, but subsidies won’t work over the long run. You can't buy human behavior forever. I respect Tesla but won’t be really impressed until they can profitably sell cars without the subsidies.

Have also seen some 599s with low mileage in the 130k range on fchat. Seems like a lot of v12 Ferrari for the price.

Wow. Without any background on this car, it seems like a pretty intriguing price...

I think 996 turbos are a steal at current prices and have more upside than many other inflated 911s. A vastly under appreciated car in my mind, especially at 35k.

As an owner of a f430 I would love to see continuous appreciation but my take is prices are being inflated by easy monetary policies worldwide and the fact that global economic weakness which is playing out has not really worked its way through the system yet. This isn’t a prediction as I don’t claim to have any real

The ultimate catfish.

I have lots of respect for tesla but why does the federal government need to subsidize the purchase of these cars? If they are good enough, they should be able to sell without a subsidy at a price that makes Tesla a reasonable profit.

First off I was obviously exaggerating to make a point. Don't be stupid. Second, you have no basic understanding of math and currencies. Property values may be inflating in ruble terms because the currency is falling but it is most certainly not in dollar terms.

Oh, I don't know. Seems like it has and will have plenty of room to fall.

Now you've really hurt my feelings.

What the fuck are you talking about? What did what? Russian pussy.

You seriously are such a moron if you don't realize or acknowledge he is a dictator. Doesn't matter. In a couple of months as the ruble keeps declining, maybe I will buy a Russian city or two. Goodbye for now from sunny California.

I.e. US media not controlled by a dictator, unlike Russian media. Try to keep up here.

Is the cratering Ruble media hype? Idiot.

Yep and not a single one is controlled by your emperor, Vlad ‘bitch tits’ Putin unlike all of Russian media.

Ha ha. Turkey did it before and nothing happened. Comrade.

Fund what? A phenomenal fighter jet unrivaled by any other in the world. I'll help pay for that.

How’s that ruble working out for you? Soon you will be able to burn it for heat. Comrade.

Ha ha. You're hilarious. No. Not even close.
