@se7a7n7: If you are too busy to take care of a pet, then you shouldn't have one. Putting an animal down just because they won't use their litter box properly is ridiculous. I have a cat who refuses to cover his turds and only sometimes covers his pee. Should I put him down, too?

If you're going to get an extra battery, make sure you treat it properly to get the most out of it! I bought my laptop about three years ago. I got almost three hours of use out of it then and I still get about three hours now.

@DeeJayQueue: I was going to say, you can definitely tell that this workspace works for them. It might not be my cup of tea, but like you said, I'd love to see the work that results from this. Everything is so well organized that they can find everything they need to get the job done.

Beautiful. The interface is clean, the load time is pretty quick, and the search results are great! I can't wait until the next time I need clip art for a website. Thank you!!

I know what I'm doing when I get out of work!

@Phoshi: That's a good point. Anyone using a client should definitely change their password, in that case. Otherwise, there's nothing to worry about.

@FalconFour: THANK you. Everyone is way overreacting about this. It was a DNS redirect, which anyone could do on ANY server. The spam hijacks a few months ago were more dangerous than this incident.

Google Toolbar does the same thing on my Firefox, except it automagically remembers the sites I visit most. There's also a section for "recently closed tabs." It's definitely useful!

I'm already swamped and it's not going to get any better. I'm thinking about running away. I've become totally unmotivated, which is probably because I'm so busy. I need a vacation (and the holidays won't be that vacation; I have a huge project due at the end of the month)! Any suggestions on how I can fake my own

@mike_311: I thought 401k was tax safe!

@joe.glass: You could definitely start doing WP themes or graphic design on the side! Maybe start your own web project that would involve both. It'll give you something to look forward to and something out of the same old, same old that you're getting sick of. I often start new personal projects when I'm feeling

@Ashwin Mudigonda: I have a Timex alarm that lets you set two different times, and has a weekday and weekend switch. I got mine at Toys R Us but I'm sure you can get it at other stores.

@David: That sounds fair, especially since you've been in the biz for a while. I like that you're keeping it cheaper for existing customers - that's very cool. I don't think those rates are too high at all. I say go for it!

@deliriumtrigger1: I'm following you because your username is the best. EVER. CoCa for the win!

@DocBadwrench: I've used Ning a little and was pretty happy with it. It takes some getting used to, but once you're used to it, it rocks.

@AmphetamineCrown: It must've just gotten approved then; I swear every time I logged in it said "YOU ARE NOT APPROVED, HAHAHA" in a deep, slowed down robotic voice...

@kerplaw: I wish my IT person was that appreciative!

@TheOtherHalf: I grew up listening to Prince (thanks, Mom). Great song! Have you heard the Incubus remake? They did a good job with it; they kept the energy of the song but made it more "Incubus." :D

I bought a great little wheeled laptop cart/desk at Staples a while back. It's a little bigger than a TV tray, except it has a second table on the right for your mouse or a notepad. (The second table can be attached on the left, for those of you lefties.) The laptop part of it can be tilted down or set flat. Having it

I need some holiday magic in my life. Thanks, Lifehacker.
