I don’t think Elnor is dead, if only because there are scenes from the season promo of him interacting with characters that we haven’t seen yet.

Also who cares if Elnor dies, because Geordi will be crushed if Hugh dies.

Biopsy is scheduled for 3/6, which feels like a year away. Hopefully this turns out to be nothing. My anxiety is through the roof. What if I can’t even afford treatment?

Especially considering they brought back Jonathan Del Arco. I really doubt they were like “LOL LET’S JUST RECAST *THIS* ROLE.”  Although they didn’t bring back Manu Intiraymi to play Icheb, buuuuut they probably didn’t want people talking about how he thinks it’s terrible how Kevin Spacey was treated. 

Here’s another thing; if it is cancer, and they are rushing into diagnosis and treatment, that’s actually an indicator that they feel there could be a positive outcome, if caught early.

On Friday, I was told I may have ovarian cancer and I am freaking out. I have not yet had a biopsy, waiting to be scheduled, but....how do I deal with this until then? I'm so scared. I don't want to die....

Yeah I was delighted that they brought him of all people back, and that Maddox was a changed person after his experience with Data. For a few minutes I didn’t realize who they were referring to. 

A friend pointed out to me that Data was writing to Maddox in the episode Data’s Day when he was logging his activities and feelings.

I’m still waiting on the ultimate authority being Nick Offerman.

Good point. The people who see The Good Place as mainly a puzzle box show miss the intent. It’s a relationship show.  And the previous people in The Good Place had very few relationships.

God would change the scenario entirely. It would introduce a Being whose essence (as described in either testaments) is infinite life, redemption, purpose, and creative invention. The heavenly humans in The Good Place are satiated, but not completed or unleashed. C.S. Lewis would scathe this idea of “heaven” as nothing…

It’s not a “stripper pole” because it’s not a strip club. Many nightclubs have poles where people dance. No clothing is removed during the dance (although it often starts with the bare minimum). No money is collected by the dancer. They either get up there because it is fun, or they are a paid employee of the bar…

Agreed. If she didn’t say it (or anything shady) they wouldn’t have bothered letting her know the mic was still on. No one points out that you’re still talking (and the audio is being picked up) if what you’re saying is a compliment. Come on.
