I think these are skills needed in still developing countries by age 15 or absolutely required here if you aren’t the child of some sort of legacy, i.e. greek fraternity, race, gold digger offspring

Maybe don’t chase them then? Don’t put lives (the teens, theirs or other drivers on the road) in danger over a fucking car that can be readily replaced. Or not, as it was a 1998 Honda Accord, the owner may have gotten an upgrade.
