On the one hand, yes, free speech doesn't guarantee the right to a TV show, and A&E can do whatever it wants. Free speech only applies to what the government does in response to a citizen speaking out. Maybe if former Governor Palin had remained in office (or had taken a civics class) she would understand that.

I admit, that briefly struck me as well.

So then am I wrong to have hoped that somehow the combo of Luke's weird time travel and Helen's electrical power would somehow have been the original cause of the storm?
