It really isn’t though. Ibushi/Okada are already facing off in their block so a rematch is unlikely. Naito is a pretty demonstrative fan favorite and fans are dying to see his story actually pay off instead of the mind boggling decision at WK12.

Cultural relativism might not be the best excuse here when Japanese media and reactions are complaining about how lightly he is getting off as well.
