No, not really. Since you can stream it over a cell phone, there is very little hardware that you need for this. You may get an equivalent to Amazon FireStick or something, or it could be an app on the FireStick itself. Controller support may be difficult though.

Speed of the network is not an issue - if you can stream video, then you have enough bandwidth.  Latency is the issue.

Yup, that’s why MS is opening a new datacenter every couple of weeks. This won’t be for everyone, but even if all you have is an ancient Chromebook or a cellphone, you might still be able to play the new game. Especially if latency in-game is not that much of a factor - depends on the game, of course.

Yes, I think the sea missions in AC3 were better than in AC4. Sure, there was no singing, but wind direction mattered much more. The waves were also bigger and provided an interesting vertical challenge in targeting. There were more restrictions to the battles.

I didn’t hate it, but I thought it was pointless and tonally deaf to the rest of the movie. It took us out of the flow of the main story and added nothing. It could have been interesting if it was in a completely different movie, with a different plot. And preferably different characters.
