Yea, I never got the preoccupation that people have to Liefeld's feet. I would much rather he had decent faces and emotions rather than realistic feet.

No, comparing him to Larry Stroman is mean. Here I think they are pretty level and similar. Liefeld seems to at least be generally familiar with facial structure and symmetry.

Faces here vs. faces of Liefeld? Really? Liefeld guys usually don't look deformed or like victims of a deranged plastic surgeon.

Unfortunately this series fails even on the "what if" level. They really powered down the X-men to give the Avengers a chance.

Add to that the awful art of John Romita Jr. and it gets even worse. Seriously, even at low resolution shots on this page you can see that the faces all look awful and deformed. It's like he went to Leifeld school of art or something.

This comic really needs to go through editing. It's been all over the place - and the addition of Angel & Spike comics doesn't help either. Spike flies around in a spaceship piloted by giant bugs, W&H basically bailed, Buffy is pregnant - oh wait, no she is a robot - oh wait, no she isn't, Buffy has a nuclear…

Yup. And the explanation was very weak. This predilection of various superheroes to resort to medieval weapons is very strange. In the 19th century they also wore stalkings and rode on horses - why doesn't Nick do that as well?

So how exactly did Carter figure out it was Senator Wen? We didn't see him do any detecting on her. He went over the rest of the launch very carefully, but what specifically did he see in her? Besides that she wasn't nice and tried to block everything.
