Denver rapper A Meazy released this in 2015:

I’m in for this: Peach all the way.

Damn. I missed that campaign. Saw them open for Blur in ‘97 or so and they played a great live show. Retreat from the Sun was one of my favorite albums that I like and no one else I talked with about it had heard.

Rock over London. Rock on Chicago.

Actually no. I’m a straight, white dude that, unfortunately, hasn’t had a close queer friend since college (I don’t really have a lot of close friends in general though). My experience in life, while not exactly diametrically opposed to hers, has been much different. Through her comedy and various podcasts, I’ve

Oh, I wish!

Hi. I laugh at Cameron Esposito’s stand-up because I think she’s funny. Saw her do 7 minutes at a small show in Denver back in 2012 and I’ve been following here ever since.

I don’t know why I read the comments here on anything to do with Cameron; perhaps I just want to reinforce my misanthropy.

I’ve watched this twice in as many nights and I’ll likely watch it a couple more over the next few. Cameron is masterful in the way she takes a heavy topic and turn it into something really fucking funny (as well as poignant). The fact that all proceeds (after the $2k she spent on production) are going to RAINN is

So from there I would maintain that’s that is exactly the road you take to get back to the Apartheid South. A religious argument that was used to justify the illegality of interracial marriage was that God made the races, separated them, and intended them to stay separate and distinct (Deuteronomy 32:8; Acts 17:26).

I know that. You didn’t answer my question. Should the baker be allowed to refuse making a wedding cake for a mixed-race couple for religious reasons? If no, what is your reasoning as to why there’s a difference?

Based on your response, I’m curious: what would your stance be if it was “mixed-race” rather than “same-sex?” Should the baker be allowed to refuse? If no, what is your reasoning as to why there’s a difference?

That may be the intent of some, but when my wife was pregnant, anytime anyone said anything about the way she looked (good, bad or other) we had a system in which she squeezed my hand in order to indicate, “we need to go now if you don’t want me to kill this motherfucker.” She had no desire to hear anyone else’s

I get it. Like I said, I have my triggers too. My wife tends to explain it to others as, “Profit’s just passionate about certain things.”

As an engineer, yes it can. When you’re wired that way, and I most certainly am, it takes work but you can train your brain for suspension of disbelief (mostly - I do still have my triggers) and life (specifically entertainment) is much more enjoyable once you do.

I want to give this all of the stars.

I’ve never understood the allure of “session” brews. “So let me get this straight: you either want to get less of a buzz or you want to have to drink more for the same buzz so that you get fatter? Takes all kinds, I guess.

I assume you’re referring to Nas but I can’t figure who else... unless you’re a huge fan of pre-Lord Willin’ Clipse.

Happy as hell to see the Little Simz love. Picked up “A Curious Tale Of Trials + Persons” and absolutely fell in love.

Am I the only one here that was briefly excited for a Jungle Cruise movie because I thought that maybe, against all odds, it will be a movie based on the “Weird Al” song, Skipper Dan?
