So people who believe, as a core principle, that we should persecute others should not be persecuted. Got it.

Now playing

As an overall body of work, there’s not much out there that beats the Mega Man II. However, when it comes to a single track, absolutely nothing beats the Mega Man III Intro.

You’re dead on when it comes to the scores lately: saw Ragnarok over the weekend and the score was one of the high points for me. When the credits rolled, I knew exactly why: Mark Mothersbaugh.

Sorry. I’m not quite following your logic. How do you figure?

I was thinking the same thing and then I read this piece:

I’m almost there with you; I just need to know what song is playing for the montage. (Could be two songs if you transition from the comical part to a sentimental part with some terrible dialogue in between.)

I’ve never heard the early to mid 90s referred to as “The Golden Age.” Most music historians pin the term to the period from when Run DMC broke (‘86) to the point when Gangsta Rap hit the mainstream, usually cited as when The Chronic singles started getting airplay (‘93). Where have you seen otherwise? (Honestly

I’m with you on Amy being the best but I’ve never gotten shit for it so I just assumed most everyone else was on the same page.

If you say Iron Man 3 is the best, I got your back. The fact it’s on par with the first but he’s out of the suit for most of the movie is what does it for me. Also, the Shane Black factor.

That view tends to be shifting: many are starting to argue that it’s about both (and the arguments make sense to me).

The two Trump victims I remember off the top of my head are Natasha Stoynoff and Summer Zervos. I know there were more but I don’t remember the other names at the moment and am too lazy to look. I assume you know how to do a web search.

When you’re making minimum wage and you can snag a packet of something that is going for as high as $1500 on eBay (most have sold for less but this was the highest I saw)... that doesn’t seem like a bad risk to me. I know I wouldn’t give a shit if my employer got sued if the company wasn’t investing in me and I could

Awesome. Thanks for the heads up. I’ve been thinking about trying to pick up the DVDs for a while... now I’ll hold off.

Yup. If you see my response to jamboxdotcom, those are most of the right wing anti-vaxxers I know as well (although, I don’t know if they bring Big Pharma into it so that’s a new angle for me).

Yeah, this not having embedded comments anymore really does make it hard to follow the chain of events. Anyway, it’s all good: I’m glad you helped me to clarify what I meant.

I do realize that and I know and have talked to anti-vaxxers on both the left and the right and, in contrast to your statement, both wealthy and poor (I know you qualified your remark so that’s not a criticism, just my experience). Maybe I should have been more clear but the point I was making is that both sides are

Look, I’m as liberal lefty as they come but two words (or one hyphenate): anti-vaxxers.

I always found it appropriate that The Passion of The Christ was knocked out of the number one spot by the Dawn of the Dead remake: took a zombie movie to dethrone a zombie movie.

I disagree with you that the scene loses all of its meaning if Deckard is a replicant. I honestly don’t see how it matters one way or the other.

Classic.
