I played a friend's copy of Blue back in the day, then a different friend gave me his old gameboy when he got a gameboy color. I played Silver on the old gameboy... then someone broke into our car and stole all my gameboy stuff and I haven't played pokemon since.

Does it explain the 'new' mechanics for someone who hasn't played a pokemon game in probably 15 years?

For example - Magic: The Gathering introduces new mechanics. If they stay around for a few cycles, the text explaining that mechanic gets removed - leaving just the name of the mechanic on the card. If you haven't

It wasn't my quote.

Backwards compatibility was nice, and I miss it, but let's be fair here: if Sony started offering complimentary dick-suckings, we ladies would be getting stiffed (...), and that would su... okay... I need to stop talking.

It makes me very happy to see some love for this game. :)

Also, the official patch is not the latest one used by the community, you can grab the current version here: http://tronfaq.blogspot.com/

You'll also be able to download just about every map and mod ever made from that site.

It was announced that it will work with a DS4 after a planned software patch.

Honestly? No, it's not a sequel and any of the mechanics are explained pretty quickly (and usually with much screaming.) It's a good idea to play the first game before it because even though the story has changed, the themes are the same.

This game was truly epic. I would say the BEST movie to game (though it's really a sequel to the movie) ever made. Everything about it was just so very damn true to the spirit of TRON. If only Legacy could have been even half as good as this game it would have been one of the greatest movies of all time.

Don't know why, but the formatting messed up on this one.

Now playing

*Cough* You forgot something. Really, N64 glitches and no mention of this?

yeah this was pretty much a perfect game. great ost as well.

Oh, 3AM math, I know the well.

This is the first time I've ever heard anything about a "Manhack Arcade" (hence why the idea seemed so cool to me) but I do appreciate the asshole-y response.

You do realize that it was just an area where NPCs were shown to be playing as Manhacks, right? Not other players. It would've been a cool "ohhh, shit" moment, but not one of the greatest shames that it never came to pass.

Legitimately one of the coolest things I've ever heard of in gaming and one of the greatest shames it never came to pass.

11 years before Metal Gear (it takes place in 1995).

I've been reading previews all night long about this game and only IGN's preview seemed negative about all this. They said his voice doesn't fit. Like he is phoning it in. Also, the gameplay changes from MGS to splinter cell and such.

Lowers your sex life by 100% and adds shame.
