i enjoyed this ep more than all the others…so the grade seems off.
also gina gershon is insanely attractive in that red dress and she and marc have good chemistry which seems to raise maron's acting skills and make them feel more natural.
i also found it oddly endearing that i own the same mic as mini marc and he and

crap.

damn…i think this feature just became…less good.
we had some good times "watch this"….but alas our idyll is at an end….

nostalgia explosion!
must….watch…this….
sidenote: that shirtless sax guy is the funniest most iconic thing in this film.  keifer ain't bad…but the greasy sax dude takes the cake.
anyway…kind of a masterpiece in a totally goofy 80s popcorn horror/comedy kind of way.

good shout out for peter suschitzky!  his camera work is always perfect.  just saw naked lunch in HD for the first time…stunning use of color (and mugwumps!).
gonna have to skip this one tho…between will smith and m night…nah.

although i'm struggling to enjoy these new eps in general i agree the vote was classic AD.  the whole over strategizing yourself into disaster syndrome worked pretty much perfectly.

as much as i generally dislike this feature i can completely relate to ian here.
as a HUGE fan of johnny marr i am always stuck in the position of trying to figure out all of his cool intricate guitar parts on smith's records…while simultaneously trying to ignore morrisey's voice.  the first word that comes to mind re

it's just not working for me….i'm sort of forcing myself to watch all of them just to confirm it's as "off" as i thought it was.

wow…thanks for the reality dose and condolences to you as well.

the surgery stuff freaked me out.  as did rob lowe's "face".  yikes…it turned into a horror movie for a bit there.
douglas went all in tho…total commitment.
also would have loved to have the sordid goodfella's esque thorsen post script in there…sounds like things got really harsh post liberace.

homosexual surgeons that is.

that was ROUGH!

he definitely is good at casting….many great choices through the years.

i think that detail was first mentioned in the book hannibal.
one of the interesting elements of this show is how it freely borrows details from the source material….sometimes the material is used identically and sometimes it is completely transposed to different characters or the same character in a different

this was my favorite ep so far.
it just seemed to flow well and i could get into it without being distracted by marc's awkward acting.
judd hersh continues to be awesome and horrible.

a jarmusch vampire flick?  how the heck did i not know that was happening?
glad to see the positive review of it as well….he's a unique director and i always get something out of his films.

@avclub-9808b9d9bef3cc06261d0ca743532cfc:disqus you drive a tough bargain….
think of how this compares to the previous model whereby music listeners had to purchase music to listen to it.  in some cases these purchases where made by die hard fans who would treasure every release by their favorite artist but in most

truth.

@avclub-9808b9d9bef3cc06261d0ca743532cfc:disqus legally or illegally has nothing to do with it.
if people listen to a band's songs repeatedly on youtube (zero profit for the band) or spotify (practically zero profit for the band) instead of buying an mp3 on itunes or a CD they should not be surprised or think it's
