Bleach was the first to go, started out strong and bam after Soul Society it just went downhill. I say Naruto has "finally' improved(talking about the anime with after Pain and where they are now), thought it was terrible but now it's actually quite exciting and Naruto has proven to be very useful.

The pacing has been pretty terrible ever since Eren got swallowed. You had entire episodes devoted to planning the move of a boulder, and then the next entire episode is nothing but the characters GETTING TO the boulder. Well something I noticed from friends I've had in Japan and stories I've heard from my old school Chinese side of the family. It's that Japan unlike Germany has made no real attempt to confront that very ugly side of their past.
