Well, I think it’s a winner.
It looks like it should exactly hit the upper end of the heavy quad VSP designation in France. VSPs are limited to 90 km/h - 55.9 mp/h and 15kW motor output. That moves this thing down into a licensing and taxation bracket that is VERY attractive to a lot of people, while still being irrepressibly cute and useful.
