Should we skip the /?  Not block/head, just blockhead.  Big ol’ monobloc, this part is more of that part.  You want the head off, you’re going to need a saw and a lunch.

I frikkin love the Offy.  Some examples were over 4 liters, and I do lurves some big fours.  Rev like hell and go like stink.

Caterham.

Compression ratios.  More squeeze, bigger pop, gooder efficiency.

...until the Electric comes out.

If you’re going to have a car engine in an airplane, get a Kitfox and shove an Aerovee into that. VW parts, way more affordable. It ain’t fast but for what you pay for this thing you could have two of those - or just one, and lots of money left over.

That’s a lot of money. Whether it’s covered just 15K miles or not, it clearly has not enjoyed the best of situations. The dash cap is toast as is the seat fabric, and of course the hood as mentioned.

All the people involved in this are dickheads but I want to single one dickhead out in particular:

“Does Some Black Bumper Paint Make This BMW Look Better?”

Plus Annie Potts, which can forgive an entire Switzerland worth of cheese.

I had a long thing about all the racing movies being cheese and to some degree they are, but if the movie is going to be any good at all it’s actually about people, and racing is what they do. So the racing scenes are still cheese and often so is the acting, but it usually isn’t entirely pointless.

I don’t like it and I don’t want it.

I’ve seen it.  It’s ridiculous.

I saw one go by the other day with the funny exhausts and I thought to myself, hmm, one and a half cylinders per tip, how do they want me to imagine they route that piping?

It makes me think of the protagonist creature in the short film “R’ha.” It looks kind of fearsome but its characterization is actually kind of mild.

The taillights are angry too.  It’s pissed off coming and going.

The important part of being cool is not worrying whether you’re cool.

The only thing missing is the hubcaps looking like fat bell ends and gigantic shiny factory Truck Nutz hanging from the rear bumper.

Holy cats how did I miss that.

The image above is a wonky example in any case; a RHD car pulled over to the left of the road, and the driver is absent.
