I can’t dispute any of the arguments made here about industry norms, but they all seem moot. The EULA Nintendo slaps on all of its products like Super Mario Maker state that Nintendo owns the rights to whatever mods you make using their products or IP and there’s precedent of legal action on their side. So....kinda

Having worked in resort design, all this stuff is rendered super early. No one designs a prop without getting it past the money people. Not only do I guarantee this prop wasn’t improvised, it went through several revisions, has been shrunk in side from larger designs, and has been hollowed out for space, cost, and

Something to remember is that Nintendo developers and execs weren’t working with all the various prop makers and artists every day. It’s very possible that someone, in a crunch for time, wanted to add a bit of cactus variety to this small bit of the ride and did a google for reference.

> As pointed out by Meatball132, it appears that whoever was working on this prop might have just searched Google for “New Super Mario Bros Wii cactus” and didn’t realize that the cactus that appeared as one of the top results was not from an official game, but from a fan mod released back in 2013.

“There are worse places to get adhesives and I’m sure if you ask enough ER and urgent care nurses, you’ll hear about them! :-D”

There are several different adhesives under the Gorilla Glue brand. The original Gorilla Glue is a water-reactive polyurethane - that doesn’t appear to be what’s in the spray can. I have not had particular joy using it as the need for heavy clamping and the amount of sticky squeeze-out makes using it miserable. A

Employees don’t always pay attention to where products should go.

It would be one thing if they were just visually similar.

Totally agree that people should not share photos of their vaccine cards on social media but mostly because fuck them for bragging. Go ahead and tell your friends and family but don’t throw it in the face of other people who really need the vaccine and haven’t been able to get it yet.

“another Marvel project, yawn, they’re all the same anyways - I don’t see why anyone likes them anymore. They don’t do anything creative and the directors don’t matter, it’s all just Marvel-house style anyway.”

He was shown to be fast enough to get to Berlin from NY in Civil War.

Remember when he was “America’s Mayor” because he had the good fortune to be the lame-duck mayor of New York when it was hit by a devastating terrorist attack? Remember that? Remember how the entire country suddenly loved him simply because he (somehow) projected “courage” at the right moment? Time Man of the Year

Well do you have flag?

And Luke’s mom is Jane Foster from Thor!

Simple rules for spoilers:

“I’m not in any position to tell anyone how my behavior made them feel. I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalizations. I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years. I have a history of hurting the people closest to me. I’m ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I

I mean it takes a lot of artists to make a movie this bad... well mediocre.

Having stereotypical asshole traits is exactly what makes one an asshole, isn’t it? Not to mention the fact that any time he’s faced with criticism, Snyder acts rather openly like an asshole.

They might’ve thought they hit CTRL-C with Nolan having his producer credit on Man of Steel, but Snyder couldn’t CTRL-V the Dark Knight trilogy worth a damn. They didn’t know that what they’d copied was actually Snyder’s Watchmen, just without Dave Gibbons’s storyboards or Alan Moore’s dialogue.

No mention of Stardust makes me sad. I get that not everyone likes the adaptation but Strong is so damned good as Septimus.
