Right now, with no candidate polling higher than 25% in the aggregate, it means that at least 75% of Democrats are going to be disappointed that their candidate did not win the nomination. I think preparing that 75% for that eventuality is a good thing.

    I’d adopt that baby.

I would adopt that child in a heartbeat.

    No Baby Yoda... yet.

something something something... cream filling joke...

No, not pregnant yet, but with Jake and Amy it seems like an eventuality. Jake has been working through his daddy issues for a while and will realize that if he does the opposite of whatever his father would do in any given situation, he’ll be a great father, so he’ll be all-in. And Amy already knows how she’ll handle

Let the final episode be Amy going into labor. I don’t want to see a B99 where Jake and Amy are trying to juggle their police careers with parenthood.

I’ve heard the show’s costume designers on the “Inside Conan” podcast and based on other requests they’ve talked about having to do on short notice, this one seemed like a slam dunk. (And that segues into the sad news that based on those interviews as well, it sounds like there won’t be any more “NCAA Mascots Who

Wasn’t he the lead singer of the POLCE?

If they’re under ten, I like to open with “So, what’s your favorite TV show?” Whatever they answer, I tell them I’ve never heard of it and ask them to tell me about it, at which point I can learn a bit more about the kid just by the language they use. Then I go into old fart mode (I’m 53) and tell them a little bit

This sounds interesting, but given my combination of arthritis and inherent laziness, can someone adapt this hack to use with instant mashed potatoes? I presume that the dip would be used partially or entirely in place of the milk added in the final step, but I’m wondering about ratios.

I’m looking forward to this special because Seth has always been great when he focuses on his family and personal life. The first few years of Late night, where he’d tell a personal anecdote about his life following the monologue, or have his family on, were a lot of fun. While I think Meyers’ daily beating up on

Anyone else think that Regina King, Jean Smart and Don Johnson will all have shiny new Emmy awards next September?

Danny Elfman not winning as Oscar for The Nightmare Before Christmas is inexplicable and inexcusable.

I’m not a Marx fan or hater, I’m just not interested in his music. However, he was a guest on Gilbert Gottfried’s Amazing Colossal Podcast a few months ago and, no joke, the man is freaking hilarious! It’s free wherever fine podcasts can be found and it is well worth listening to if you like Richard Marx, if you don’t

Actually, I’d put Bob Barker one small rung above Trebek, if only because Barker did it all for just as long as Trebek and had to put up with a bunch of silliness and still maintained his composure and dignity. Even the dumbest of Jeopardy contestants were smarter than the smartest The Price is Right contestants. Plus

Ken Jennings is a good choice.

They’re not all misogynist or racist. Some are just plain lazy, going for the easy laugh by playing to the audience’s bigotry and perception of stereotypes. A big part of the blame goes to the audiences who still laugh at things like the limp-wristed portrayal of gay men. As long as they’re around, someone will pander

I’m so afraid that when Leslie Uggams dies it’ll say “Known for her role in Deadpool and Deadpool 2.”

You’re lucky then. At least Boris Johnson’s idiocy seems to be a calculated act. Trump’s is not.
