Also good was Gordon’s implication that he could easily evade the Moclan ship and had to make it easier for the Orville to actually get hit. And when they got hit with the torpedo the resulting “Hey, that was a torpedo, I thought we agreed no torpedos” meant that it was about to become a real attack.

I think it was “What’s the cheapest backlot set we can rent?”

Well, it had to be an inter-species relationship because there are no Moclan females. (OK, we saw one and there may be a few others but it’s likely they stay well hidden for their own safety.)

The preview of next week’s episode makes it seem as if the action will be returning. I’m thinking they’ve only got so much money to spend on action scenes and location shoots, so it has to be doled out judiciously, meaning we get more slower, ship-based episodes as a result.

Just a reminder of the existence of the Runpee app that will tell you the best times during a movie to get up and address those urgent urination needs so you don’t miss the best or most integral scenes.

Here’s the cover of “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” you never knew you’d love so much.

To be fair, Kapler issued a statement that makes several good points, most notably that there had been no mention of sexual assault when he was first informed of the situation.

If they still don’t allow atheists, fuck ‘em.

Then perhaps you should contact him and tell him there are several dozen folks here who’d be happy to identify plot holes and gaps in logic in the scripts before they start filming...

In this week’s installment of “Where have I seen that Orville location before?”

I understand that campaigning to abolish ICE plays well in her district and clearly helped get her elected. However, ICE does exist for a reason. The mere existence of ICE is not the problem, it is their leadership who either ignores or encourages their more outrageous and atrocious behavior and the politicians from

I DVR’s both Conan and Craig Ferguson every night. Ferguson was the only host for which I’d sit through any interview, whereas with Conan I’d skip through at least two-thirds of his guests. Ferguson could make any guest interesting, while Conan could make interesting guests boring.

Hurling insults back at someone who insulted you first is absolutely the opposite of defending yourself, lol. This is a major problem which has been thoroughly supported by the liberals across the country.

Did anyone else notice that is seemed there was more Kyle Mooney in this episode than all previous episodes this season combined?

The area is Rocky Peak in the hills above Chatsworth, CA. I saw the location signs for the Orville last summer so I knew to be on the lookout for hills that look like home this season. And yes, the original series filmed in the same area back in the 60's.

I had no problem with Teleya giving Ed the gun. She was wearing a jacket over her head and it was likely to obscure her view, plus, she’d need one hand to keep the jacket safely on her head. Ed could wield the gun unimpeded.

I believe it was inferred that the raise was only temporary, an enticement to cross the picket line.

Maybe she was written off to keep up the TNG parallel of getting rid of the female security chief after a dozen or so episodes...

Don’t forget the enabling cops who agreed with issuing a trespass warning. If anything the cops should have been on the kids’ side and warning the store manager and employees that they were illegally harassing citizens.
