that’s your opinion, but the data says otherwise. helmet laws decrease cycling in general.

the harm is that lack of exercise kills more people than a helmet law is going to save. and the most hardcore of cyclists will be wearing helmets anyway.

car magazines have been calling the corvette a failure because its less comfortable and a worse interior than a 911, but they still sell a ton of them. so yea I guess someones going to draw the comparison.

imo that ignores several things that Tesla has made look easy, but really isn’t easy at all:

how can a competitor be that much more expensive? Its like sitting over here calling the Ford Shelby GT350 a failure because its less comfortable and has a worst interior than a Porsche 911 Turbo. 

blackberry’s failure was their own mismanagement and lack of foresight. they got fat on complacency.

theres another factor too: child car seats. When I was a kid in the 1980s, my grandma had a red mazda RX-7 and me and my 2 cousins would pile in and we would zoom around town. it was great fun, and probably planted a car love seed in me. now, my grandmother would probably be arrested for doing that.

depends on the car. dealers are out here putting 10k on the hood of some vehicles right now. this current market is probably going to be pretty close in price on a new vs slightly used vehicle.

the suburban is better in every way TBH

so many people are saying some variation of “I like it but my wife hates it” and I think thats the reason it failed. You can’t have a family vehicle that 50% of the household decision makers hate.

thats a fact. my wife thinks its hideous.

It’s also a way teams get better over time. You go to bowls, you get to extend practice as long as your season lasts. No bowl = season over no practice. That amounts to weeks of extra practice compared to non bowl teams
