Used Tesla Model S’s are getting super cheap because everyone has figured out you can get a Model 3 thats new and better in most ways for not more more money.

thanks for that. my model 3 I got the enhanced autopilot and I forgot FSC was even a thing that cost more because I believed it to be vaporware (and i still do TBH)

what is FSC and EAP? It keeps coming up and its not as easy to google as you would think

thats a fascinating article...it also could be that china’s special brand of political power can ignore those type of environmental concerns

its wild, i find it hard to believe anyone actually believes that. as soon as the next big battery packaging/advancement comes out, it will tank current tesla prices.

thats not worth as much as you think it is. i’ve spend $30 max at superchargers with my model 3 since October. Even if you are hitting it super heavy, $200 a year would be the absolute max it would be worth I would think. And fast charging wears out the batteries more, so you don’t want to do it all the time.

dude. i’m a contractor. my 3/4 ton pickup trucks make me money every day. They probably work 60 hours a week. After about 4 years of that contractor lyfe, they are a bit worse for wear. They depreciate less than a 4 year old luxury sedan sure, but what the certainly don’t do is increase in value.

Not behaving like a stodgy german firm isn’t always bad. But sometimes it is

People buy most of these vehicles for easy of egress imo more so than actual ride height and weirdly the outback feels like getting in an out of a normal car despite its amazing clearance  the outback is an outlier in its success in a world of dying wagons

Kinda proves this Ford active notawagon is far from a guarantee success. The alltrack is awesome but couldn’t get my wife to spring for it. We got a Jetta. I know.

What 26 year old compact truck is rated for a 1995 lb payload? I genuinely want to know

It functions as long as their transmissions function which isn’t long

You mean like the V60 cross country or the Buick Regal tourx, or the audi allroad, or the (new) Jeep Cherokee?

this has been my experience as well. My theory is that VW had a couple rough patches that has ruined it for some people. most recently the 2001ish-2007ish era. modern VWs seem to be quietly very well built and reliable, but only time will tell if that is true.

does it come in a men’s version?”
some internet guy, probably

A great answer to a stupid troll response. Being like Nokia would be a pretty incredible outcome for Tesla. A 160 year old company that has made countless billions of dollars, wow what a bummer

Underrated, I think the quality of tire makes a huge difference. I had some cheap Dunlop’s one time and I got like 4 flats from potholes. I got older and had more money and got much better and more expensive Bridgestones and I’ve hit some potholes with similar profile tires and not gotten flats or bent rims

i frequently confuse the tourag and the tiguan in my head, so this article really confused and shocked me at first.

be careful with that line of thinking, or you will consistently be outsmarted by very intelligent people that use ain’t in sentences

my company was burned by one of these junk focus transmissions.
