i wish the story addressed how they got fuel and what they used. My guess would be kerosene because the average person probably used it in some fashion. I think you can tune carburetor to run on gas, kerosene or ethanol if you know what you are doing.

If Tesla had brought the Model 3 to market (in a volume people could actually buy) in 2015 or early 2016, this could be a different story. But businesses

If you are using the lift gate it’s not idling. It’s using the lift gate. Truck drivers idle because they want to keep on the heat or the AC. It’s not good for the truck. It’s bad for the truck.

I personally find value in listening to a real radio station with disc jockeys and live segments in between my music, and unlike FM radio it’s commercial free.

I have a model 3 and autopilot only works right when the lines on the road are perfect and the weather is good. Beyond that, good luck. And even then I’ve seen some bizarre behaviors (like braking for an overpass shadow)
