this is the take for sure...i’ve been window shopping these for a while because they are so cheap and potentially a lot of fun. and there are a lot of great pristine examples with low miles for not very much money out there.

you can say you aren’t liable in a contract, but it doesn’t make you not liable. it does force the other party to take you to court, however. which is a lose for the suing party and creates opportunity for a settlement at a fraction of the cost.
