I actually just finished True Colors last night. It is an absolutely incredible game. I can’t remember the last time I was as emotionally invested in a video game character as I was in Alex. I didn’t know that it was all done with motion capture, but now that I know it makes total sense why all the characters felt so

Now playing

Darren Korb is just incredible, but don’t forget the combination of him and Logan Cunningham. Cunningham’s gravely Rucks and ethereal Transistor elevate Korb’s already transcendent music to another level. Just a few voice lines from either character sell so much of the world, like in the first track to the Bastion OST:

After eight years and some change, I am leaving Kotaku. Friday will be my last day working for this website. I will

I never knew of Poe until that song was in Alan Wake. A+

Lapis is my favorite character. She does deserve closure and a happy ending.

I just hope we can get a happy ending for Lapis before it’s all over. She’s earned it.

As the person who is the only source who would reveal her name in the Bloomberg article (Hi, my name is Ruthy and if you own an Alexa I used to listen to your conversations), I resent the fact that my one moment in the sun, my one day to shine in print for a non-crime reason, has been hijacked by a fleshlight. It was actually just Randy. He had a bit too much to drink and before you know it, “my cock is hard”.

Thank you for this, I have spent all morning looking for a website to tell me who won last night’s game.

I see what you did there. Even though Burnenko specifically told me not to post GIFs anymore...

It doesn’t get much better than this, Luis.

We may not all be as eloquent as Will at the end there, but I think it’s safe to say we all feel the same way.

MLB instructed the home team to wear alternate jerseys so the president is the only obvious white national in the stadium.

“I will not be a smiling face on camera that tacitly endorses this decision.”

I really like the way he put this.

I’m sitting here, writing dates down when I know damn well another game could not release for the remainder of 2019 and I’d still be behind on the games I own and haven’t touched yet.

I had a similar thought. After “Dragon Quest XI” next week, I don’t think there’s anything else on my radar for the rest of 2019, at least of the “$60, full-priced” ilk. As Mike points out, there are some smaller things that interest me, but I think I can hold off at launch.

Same for me.  A couple I’m interested in, but mostly stuff I can wait on.

There’s a ton of smaller stuff coming out for Switch and PC over the coming months to fill in the cracks.
