Yeah, when I was driving around in FFXV and Sunleth Waterscape (or whatever) came up on the radio, I got goosebumps that I was not expecting.

I love FFX, but having replayed again recently, with my 10 and 7 year old daughters along for the ride, we all agree that the laughing is terrible. Through saved-game shenanigans we had to run through it a second time and the vote to mute the TV passed unanimously.

Vanille was my favorite non-Lightning character in FFXIII.

I guess I’ll slow down even more. I’m probably on Chapter 7 or 8. I’ve been very meticulous about doing sidequests, so I can stop feeling guilty about not moving the story along knowing they’re going to be fixing 13.

I agree, but institutional momentum is a bitch. In a well-gerrymandered state like mine (Michigan), my blue vote for local office gets cast into a sea of red, while state-wide elections (Senate, Pres) are a foregone blue conclusion.
