The stationary nature of the rift is really limiting whereas the vive has flexibility, so most people are buying the vive instead of the rift. They’re comparing something that can cause them physical harm (epilepsy), with something that can activate PTSD, which also can cause harm. It’s an apt comparison, because they’re both health warnings.
