No one is looking out for them. Game developers need to get a union. Imagine a world where they were paid properly for their work, where they could work a maximum number of hours a week rather than going into crunch.

Unfortunately game devs are the laziest and haven’t unionized. They’re all grossly underestimating their worth. But as with anything real change will only come if everyone stands up.

No the Vive is pretty much perfect for now. Short of further improving latency and increasing resolution there isn’t much more to add. It’s expensive because it’s the best one on the market right now.
