112 hours for me with lots of time spent smelling the ether roses. Will go through in NG+ at some point to do the things I missed, but for now it's Pandora's Tower on the Wii and continuing unlocking things in Game & Wario on the Wii U.

Some indie games on the eShop that I've got my eye on in the next few weeks, but the big game of September for me is in two weeks time in the UK, Hyrule Warriors. Seeing as I beat Xenoblade Chronicles today, my schedule is wide open now for clearing out some of the backlog.

That's why I also mentioned reaching out to devs like they did with those affected by layoffs, and in a latter reply to someone making sure to make those chats about their work and not their gender.

Don't worry, my cynical side often wonders if it isn't covered because such examples don't fit with the current narrative.

Jason Schreier just did a longform piece talking to Hironobu Sakaguchi of Squaresoft/Mistwalker fame, it was well written. I'd like it if he did a longform piece with Rieko Kodama of the Phantasy Star series, Skies of Arcadia and 7th Dragon games. Someone who has been around in the industry for a while and contributed

When it comes to street chicken, always suspect fowl play.

It's understandable, especially given how some statements can be taken out of context, or in the case of language barriers, a translation snafu can lead to the meaning being lost.

I think I need to go and pour out a stiff drink in libation for your lost loot. Damn.

Definitely. Shame I had to hear about it under such circumstances rather than "Hey, got an idea and interested in the possibility of having it made into a game? Pitch this way."

"Kain is deified. The clans tell tales of him. Few know the truth. He was mortal once, as were we all."

And in the case of talking to women in gaming, don't focus on the fact of them being a woman.

Or music-wise, how about Saori Kobayashi and Mariko Nanba? Both of them created the excellent soundtrack to Panzer Dragoon Saga, Saori worked on the Panzer Dragoon Orta and Crimson Dragon soundtracks, and Mariko on the soundtracks for Sonic games, Feel the Magic XX/XY, Space Channel 5: Part 2 and Billy Hatcher and the

I'd like to see more positive pieces about women in gaming. The negativity can be incredibly tiring, and sometimes the tone some pieces take just aren't really conductive to changing things.

A new crackship is born.

"Master, there is a 98.7% chance that this is sexual harassment, and I don't have to take it."

Yeah, that's what I mean by tabs.

I'm betting March for North America, April for Europe.

The card slot being at the front is going to confuse me. It'll also be interesting to see if they're going to use a longer tab for n3DS exclusive games like Xenoblade 3DS, or maybe a tab on each side, to stop them being used on 3DS units that can't run them.

Does it have Virtual-On too? Be it Operation Moongate or Oratorio Tangram? If so, that's a damn fine arcade.
