Was Ava eating out of the same swan shaped fruit bowl that had been thrown in the garbage at the beginning of the episode?

I was waiting to see a comment that brought up the fact that most of the sketches were dominated by the non-white cast members, which is why I think a lot of the readers here might not have found this episode as hilarious as my friends and I did.
