The cinenma version was atrocious, but the Director's Cut is one of my favourite action movies. It's really a different movie and story alltogether, not just because they included the part of the story that made the ending make sense, but because it was much darker and..well, had a completely different vipe.

I'm glad that Scientology isn't recognised as church in my country and only has the status of some random obscure sect. Because they really scare me.

If you want satirical and funny you should read "Green Light Delivery" by Anne Johnson, it's hilarious, with an awesome anti hero.
