Advantage over previously-mentioned Lovely Charts: Cacoo seems to be free without limitations so far as I've seen with a little use.
I still have the 3G iPhone and I've tried Snapture and one or two other camera apps, but the one that takes the best shots for me is Night Camera. It uses the accelerometer to ensure my hand is still when it triggers the shutter.
I used to work in a pretty nice restaurant and tried to pick up a few cooking tips from the chefs there—this is one of those gems that I'd forgotten.

@Xander: i downloaded blackra1n, but heard that if you need to do a reboot (which i do relatively often on my 3G for memory issues), you have to run it through blackra1n again to load back up. true?
