It sounds like you Care A Lot.
It sounds like you Care A Lot.
I’ll miss you and your takes Ash but in the last chance to say it you’re dead wrong on Dragon Age Inquisition. Playing through that for the first time in years right now and holy shit is it a broken hellscape of a mess sloppily thrown together (the AI, the enemy random spawning, the lock-on combat that fails to lock…
Side note, for all those people complaining that modern RPG’s lack the meaningful choices of a classic Bioware game, this is really compelling evidence that what those people really wanted was the illusion of choice....
Welcome to the GMG collection of sites.
This headline is really awful. If it’s an issue with the hardware and the game isn’t actually what’s responsible, probably don’t lead with a direct statement that the game is responsible
Especially when this listing is posted underneath an article about how Pokimane cleaned her apartment.
I feel like several of the G/O sites would have nothing to say if it weren’t for buzzword stories.
“You have zero tolerance for buzzwords and know how to cut through the hype. [...] You are the sort of person who always knows about the latest hot influencer or viral game”
Lol, I live in Jersey City and commute to NYC the prices of NYC are so obnoxious and laughable on almost every aspect compared just a Path Train trip away here in Jersey City. Only affordable places I really eat in NYC is generally Chinatown or Street vendors.
Well they’ve obviously got to be able to sit directly over your shoulder while you tap into the zeitgeist. There will be no unsupervised zeitgeisting on Kotaku’s watch.
Why is telecommuting not an option?
Once again, I agree that CEOs are overpaid. You don’t need to convince me (although I would quibble with the concept of CEO as “owner,” I will refrain under the assumption that you mean it in an academic sense). But I’m not buying the argument that “cheap shoes are overpriced” without specific examples. That is, while…
Same thing that happens to people who gamble on real-estate and stocks: they eat a massive loss. Unlike real-estate and stock though, the companies being bought from regulate the price so the price can’t really outright crash, so it isn’t enough of a massive loss to offset the potential problems.
I mean... at the end of the day resellers can only do this because there are people buying from them, right?
While I don’t agree with the practice, let’s maybe not direct our ire at a 16 year old?
Apathy is the #1 human trait in developed society, if you see a random and make the assumption they just don’t care you will be right most of the time ^^
You don’t need the latest electronic gadget. Its a want. Seriously this notion that you need it needs to die in a horrible fire.
Even if you buy into that concept, you don’t need a specific bit of entertainment to live. No one’s dying because they specifically can’t buy an XSX or PS5. I say that as someone who’d very much like to buy a PS5 but can’t find one for MSRP.
Who are all these people buying from resellers? I’m a huge gamer, but I would just feel like such a chump paying extra and enabling someone’s predatory way of life. Yes, I want a PS5, but between Gamepass and my Switch I have no shortage of games to play while I wait for supply to meet the demand.
It’s certainly annoying not to be able to get your new toy as soon as you want it but I can’t muster up the rage to be angry. If it was insulin, housing, food, anything people actually need I would be angry.
