Hi Lauren,
Hi Lauren,
Laudable, considering that animals would suffer less and the environmental impact of lab grown meat is unlikely to be as heavy an impact of animal-based meat. Still, I expect you are in the minority and the majority of the meat-eating public would prefer it come from animals even if it tastes exactly the same.
Speaking for myself as a vegetarian, I would have no problem with it. Though I have friends that would.
Who wants this? Willow was not a good film.
Resident Alien seems like two shows smooshed together. The show I really like with Alan Tudyk being sarcastic and ridiculous and another show that is like a heartwarming Hallmark movie that makes me want to vomit.
Is that a Depeche Mode reference?
You hate trans people. I get it. You’ve made that abundantly clear. Take your hateful nonsense and peddle it elsewhere please.
Enlightening you was never my goal. Your ignorance and lack of compassion preclude that. Rather, I responded to you so that you would be made aware that there are people who know better than you, are compassionate, and are not ignorant. And that there are a great many of us.
I’d prefer Chronicles of Amber by Zelazny. Love those books.
I listened to The Magicians on audio book, and damn those kids were insufferable, entitled, too cool for school, douche nozzles.
“8 billion people on Earth is far from the existential “overpopulation” crisis imagined by scientists, philosophers, sociologists, and others throughout modern history.”
You sound like a bit of a dick, to be honest.
Well, then you are two-for-two, you both lack compassion and facts.
Well said!
Thanks for letting us know. I bought the magazine digitally and read the comic. It appears that the 14th Doctor pretty much picks up with another adventure rather than having an existential crisis or forgetting he is the Doctor, which was interesting.
Being compassionate is more important that your perceived idea of what are “FACTS” and “REALITY”.
Considering the OP got 37 likes to your paltry 8, I think you’ve lost the hearts and minds of your fellow commentators who think compassion is more important than humor.
And here I was hoping that the midterms lack of “red wave” signaled that White Christian Nationalism was beginning to look less like an inevitability at this point.
Nice write up! While it lacks the Sam and Al chemistry of the original, I appreciate that this show is its own thing and find Ben sympathetic and easy to root for. Wish they brought back the old control room though.
Wow. That article explains so much. Thanks for linking it.
