I stopped watching Discovery after the first season because I am a fan of Star Trek.  But I read that there is speculation that Burnham caused “The Burn”.  Get it?  That is next-level writing prowess.  /sarcasm

You’re right.  X-Files has gotten more chances than any sci-fi show out there.  If Chris Carter weren’t involved I think I would feel more sanguine about ending the show on a high-note.  He always forces in unnecessary soap opera level nonsense.

Sincerely hope you are right. But then Biden/Schumer need the courage to end the filibuster, rebalance the courts, grant statehood to DC and PR. If not, this could be the last time Dems hold power at the federal level.

Couldn’t agree more.  Discovery is a flaming pile of hot garbage.  I was pleasantly surprised by Lower Decks however.

Try Lower Decks.  It is actually Star Trek and the characters are far more likeable.
