I find they are good, but not as good as the show. And not as funny.

Indeed. First saw A:TLA in my 30s. And it became my favorite show of all time. And I’ve even read big grown up things like Dickens and watched Merchant Ivory films!!!!!!!!!!
Wow. That was an incredibly brilliant response!
And you consider Discovery with all of its insane nonsense to be canon?
No love for the “Great Bird of the Galaxy” reference? I guess I can’t expect everyone to get the deep cuts.
Aside from Lower Decks being better than DS9?
Dear Great Bird Of The Galaxy I hope this is true:
It’s hard to ignore global climate change when you literally can’t breath because you live in California and it is currently on fire. The smoke is so dense it’s like fog.

“that will outlive any comparable PC”
To be fair, graphic design 20 years ago was a much better experience on a Mac. In the years since they’ve pulled relatively even. I’m a graphic designer and took an ROP class in graphic design back in high school in the 90s. The print shop we worked in used Macs because it was the industry standard. Which is why I’ve…
In my experience, PCs have been the itchy shirts. However, since Windows 10 came out it has gotten considerably better. They finally have an operating system almost on par with Apple’s.
I agree with your post completely. It was real reasoned and thoughtful. I’ve had nothing but bad luck with PCs so I’m happy to pay extra for a mac.
I dunno. This map is pretty depressing too:
Nah.
I’ve seen Korra. It’s not bad it’s just not TLA. Korra is the Jaws 2 of the Avatar (not the lame James Cameron film) franchise.
And you think his work on Star Trek is his A game? Having seen Discovery I can confidently say it is more “Batman and Robin” than “Beautiful Mind”.
This is what I’m suspecting. Because the last three-and-a-half years have made me cynical and nihilistic.
New Mutants is Hollywood’s test case to see if people are willing to go back to movie theaters. It has been shelved so long they probably feel like there isn’t much to lose if it bombs. And if it makes money, Tenent will get a release date along with all the other films trying to wait out the pandemic.
Counterpoint: The characters aren’t nearly as cohesive as in TAL. They’re really not much of a team in Korra.
