Nothing illustrates the philosophical divide between conservatives and liberals like the issue of wearing masks. Wearing a mask protects others, so of course conservatives don’t want to do it because “muh-freedom”. Whereas liberals are not selfish dicks so they wear masks.

Nah. Biden is a dumpster fire. Definitely not my preferred candidate. But Trump? Trump is a four-alarm fire in a dumpster factory. So yeah since there are no other choices that will result in anything other than virtue signaling, I’ll go with the indisputable better choice.  And that would be Joe Biden.

You are probably right. But, with Biden, at least there is the possibility that you are wrong. At the very least there is the possibility that a Biden presidency can ameliorate the impact.  Which is a far greater possibility than another four years of Trump, which will likely result in the acceleration of disaster.

I can use Bernie Sanders as a metric but he didn’t win the nomination, so it seems rather like a moot-point, does it not?

I don’t think you can “dead name” a time traveling, gender-swapping alien. It is perfectly acceptable to use “he” and “him” for his male incarnations and “she” and “her” for his female incarnations.

As bad as Biden may be, at least his campaign is addressing the issue. The RNC aren’t even bothering.
