A good first step would be to take away their guns.  Police don’t need guns for 99.9% of situations they deal with.  In Britain, your typical beat cop doesn’t carry a gun.  They can radio in for armed response if the situation is warranted.

Considering that Gaiman is 15 years her senior, I’d suggest that Gaiman likes to trade in the old models for the newer hot models ala Tim Burton.  Still a good writer though.

Again: See the red-state initiative. The Dems took their eye off local elections allowing Republicans to gerrymander America all to hell.
