The PLATFORM is PC.  The launcher may vary, but the platform itself is PC.  PS4 is a platform.  Xbox is a platform.  You cannot buy a ps4 game and play it on xbox.  You cannot buy a ps4 game and play it on PC.  PC is its own platform, and it has many launchers.

It’s funny how Epic talks about being against Valve’s “anti-competitive” practices yet are quick to make all of these games exclusive to one storefront meaning there’s no competition.
