Found the MRA.
Found the MRA.
This weekend, the Adult VR Festa got underway in Tokyo, and lots of people came.
BOOOO. Boo.
Once again, I hope they (being the faceless but omnipresent “they” of Executive Management) don’t use these shortcomings as an excuse to abandon the franchise. That happens all too often in this industry. I understand these companies are businesses, so they need to make money and more importantly they need to profit,…
Well, I imagine this ranks on your top 5 most boring assignments you couldn’t wait to be done with. Would pay top dollar to see your search history for it. :D
Reminds me of Vib Ribbon. Good game, if a bit rough around the edges.
I wish they’d just offer private server licensing to allow people to run their own projects. At this point it seems like the easiest choice and still allows them to defend their IP rights.
I’ll agree with you here. That said, the comparison was only to point out that people got seriously invested. I agree that the priorities are completely misplaced and significant out of whack. The point that they had a bigger response to this silly little thing than some serious systemic issues faced by real people…
“Do you expect anyone (who isn’t at least as dumb as yourself)“
I have played every last one of these to completion and you sir, I like you.
While I agree with you, understand that American IP law is stupid and if you fail to protect your intellectual property it can be stripped from you and you lose the legal right to pursue action against further infringement.
Three cheers for the liberals of 2010 who had their hissy fit and stayed home instead of voting against these regressive asshats. Hip hip hooray.
Jason, with all the people taking you to task about how these employees can apparently just afford to up and quit and fund their own dream projects with all the money they apparently are swimming in, I wonder if anyone has considered the draconian impact of NDAs preventing them from working for a direct competitor for…
You just rolled on WoW. You aren’t fooling anyone.
I was a guild master of a raiding guild on the PvE server, and when the shutdown was announced I did cry. Several times, actually. This server provided the community aspect that contemporary WoW and many other online games are sorely lacking these days. I built real lasting friendships, accomplished goals I had always…
I was a guild leader on the PvE server.
Boy it sure seems like it would be easier to invest in renewable energy than build enormous walls around the country and all the oceans.
Nintendo would be more capable of buying Valve than vice-versa. Nintendo has so many billions just chilling in the bank doing nothing. The enormous amount of money they made from the Wii and from all their handhelds is just staggering, more than enough to cover dozens of spectacular failures and still be solvent.
I don’t know about you but I detected a small amount of sarcasm in that post.
I’d rather play on Nost anyway.
