this is a union shoot ... it *really* is harder to find non-established actors who are willing to risk their fragile marketability by doing soft porn ... plenty are, no doubt, but it's harder, especially if you are looking for union actors who will not only do full nudity, but full nudity on a non-closed set

they are probably buying, screenprinting, and replacing the merch at a loss to themselves

my guess is that these producers auditioned this woman with a scrubbed script, slipped an innocuous nudity paragraph (if any) past her agent in prelim, had her rush-sign the contract on set, and then relied on her being unwilling to stop production to challenge their "oops! script change!" ... so, yeah, probably

yeah ... my guess is that they are looking to use discovery to find some sort of pattern of fraud ... you know, casting giving actors scripts without nudity, slipping nudity clauses past their agents, and then not telling actors that "whoops! we changed the script" until they are already on set, when there is huge

if she auditioned with a script that did not require her character to do a nude scene, it's not unreasonable for this actree to believe that she wasn't going to be doing a nude scene ... not every character takes their clothes off on cinemax

she def would have an agent ... unless she just uses a lawyer (but at her level i doubt it) ... and, yeah, the agent should have informed her that the nudity clause was in her contract

my guess here is that, although the script with which this actress had been presented before signing her contract did not contain the sex scene, her contract had a nudity clause ... hence their ability to pressure her with it ... and rightfully so ... because shutting down production to recast someone who's refusing

dang!

you miss my point entirely ... my point was to describe the events from the couple's point of view, and how upsetting it would be for them, not you, to have the critical privacy of kate's hospital room invaded by the media ... and the fact remains that the coroner's inquest did find the paparazzi culpable ... and

i was feeling kinda blue ... but then i was reminded that i don't have a ball sack under my chin, not to mention milk patches, so although i am still feeling blue, i am now more accepting of my body

the paparazzi were, in fact, found culpable by the coroner's inquest after princess diana's death, as was her driver ... which is why it is quite reasonable for prince william to blame them for his mother's death (which he does), and why he might, also reasonably, be fearful for his wife and their unborn child

the folks who think that fraudulently obtaining someone's medical information should not be a criminal matter floor me

the crime would be fraudulently obtaining someone's private medical records, which the dj's knowingly did ... the suicide is a separate matter, and if it did end up in court, it would likely only be as a civil suit arising from the consequences of their reckless behavior and, if they are convicted of a crime, their

i'm embarrassed to say that it would fit in mine (ugh), but yeah, that could be an issue for a normal girl ... maybe you could wear boots for tuckin', not just truckin'?

i know what i want ... a samsung galaxy s3

it's hard to fix a problem when you can't just crib from the bible or whip out a gun and shoot it

nope, kinja did not choke! but i was working and could not, until this morning (still working), give your comment proper consideration

that is why they invented the internets

i had the added "advantage" of growing up very poor and being orphaned at 15 with no one to catch me if i fell ... i was terrified of not having the safety of a home and never, every having anyone love me ... and, yes, i was trying to prove that i was not just trash who'd come to no good because, well, she was trash

because, although the mormon church sees acting upon one's god-given homosexual urges is a sin, it is a-okay with foisting their religious beliefs upon others
