much appreciated :)

haha .. no! really? these are a thing?

check to see if there's an everyblock.com where you are ... here in chicago at least, it's been a great way for people to connect with missing pets, and you are usually reaching people who are aware of and interested in what goes on around them

i understand what you are saying, but i gotta say, my response to my dude friends would be: "we chicks live and work in a male-dominated world ... alienation is a way of life for us ... and, in a way, it's part of our strength, because we know girlspeak and guyspeak ... so, please, don't hesitate to jump in and become

oh, jeez, that's so horrible! where are you? city/country/burbs? is there an everyblock/craigslist for your community that you can post in? can you go door-to-door? can you ask local acquaintances/colleagues to fb about him? put a sign up at local markets, restaurant, etc., or are you in wilderness wilderness?

oh, lordy ... i cannot imagine the markup on rubber balls, cheesy dog sweaters, and cans of slaughter scraps ... but, hey, if i didn't have my furbabies, i'd probably be out a couple times a week blowing cash on overpriced cocktails!

thank you, miss poopoobrain ... but i'm not quite sure i deserve her

thank you very much!

crap! really?! please tell me your kitty is home now

thank you!

why, yes, they are ... her ears, face, and legs are like rose petals ... but the rest of her is this hard, teflon-coated super-hunting-dog fur ... and it's great for going to the beach (which we do 3x a week, year 'round), because nothing sticks to her ... the weirdest thing, though, is that she has no scent ... like

aw, man ... too much! (sniffles)

what your are missing is the point that people, aside from fetishists, don't spend an afternoon getting their picture taken unless they think are getting something in return ... it doesn't have to be pay ... but it should be copy ... or, in the case of a much-better-than-abbasi-estabished photog, "a valuable contact"

clients who pay for their photos, whether is cash or labor, actually receive images ... abbasi may have clients who do pay and to whom he actually hands over a product, but the language here talks about models, not clients, whom he expects to provide labor but never receive an image

i am so glad to see pet stores abandoning puppy mill sales ... the big chains here in chicago only have rescue cats and pups ... and chicagoans are damned good about rescuing ... as a matter of fact, our shelters are full of pups from mill states like missouri, tennessee, and oklahoma ... volunteers bring them up

aw ... a 5-week-old lab?! aren't they just a big, rub-me belly with a nose?

thank you ... i actually give myself the willies imagining our lives without each other, because we are so clearly meant to be together

my lil' red hound dog "ruby" is a rescue from a huntin' dog mill in oklahoma ... the people who manufactured her were not good people, but fortunately for me, a fairy appeared on the night she was born and waved her wand, saying "there's a gal in chicago who needs a lil' red hound dog, and you're the one" ... from the

it's all about the money for the breeder ... and as for the buyers, i often hear them say that they had the breed as a child and wanted to recreate the experience ... others, however, are just going for looks ... but the kicker is that most of these dogs are so poorly bred that they look nothing like their breed's
